MENTORSHIP

1:1 Mentorship

You might not need more information.
You might need to see what it looks like to trust yourself—when it’s inconvenient, unexplainable, or misunderstood—and realize you’re allowed to do it too.

I haven’t always trusted myself.
But I’ve trusted myself long enough now to know what happens when I do.

I’ve trusted myself when people asked,
“Why would you do that?”—
and then watched it all unfold exactly how it needed to.

I’ve trusted myself when it hurt—
when someone didn’t understand because the choice involved them—
and still, the clarity held.
Sometimes they even thanked me later.

That’s been the hardest part:
Trusting myself through someone else’s discomfort.
Not because I wanted to prove anything,
but because I knew what was right—even if it didn’t make sense yet.

And it’s never steered me wrong.
Honestly?
It’s never even steered others wrong, either.

(Statistically speaking, most of the people I’ve broken up with tend to marry the next person they date. I don’t make the rules. It’s just how it goes.)

This mentorship isn’t so much about learning how to trust as it is about remembering that you can.

I’ve spent a lot of time trying to blend in.
Trying to stay unproblematic. Go unnoticed.
But the version of me that’s most magnetic—the one people remember—
is the one who follows her yes.

Even when it’s quiet.
Even when it’s inconvenient.
Even when no one else would’ve chosen it.

That’s the energy this mentorship is built on.

Because you’re not here to play someone else’s part.
You came in with your own role to live, and when you follow that,
you don’t just liberate yourself—
you free everyone around you to show up more honestly, too.

About Me

I’ve been a holistic health coach for over a decade—but more than that, I’ve always been someone who listens deeply.
To people. To patterns. To the meanings beneath the words.

For the last six years, I’ve run a coaching and wellness practice that blends subconscious work, intuitive reflection, and grounded, somatic support. I’ve worked with teachers, entrepreneurs, therapists, parents, students, and fellow healers—people who often hold space for others and rarely get the chance to be fully seen themselves.

That’s what this space is for.

To press pause.
To look gently at what you’ve been carrying.
To notice the meaning you gave it—and ask if that meaning still feels true.

Not to analyze the past, but to live more clearly now.
Not to chase constant insight, but to practice trust in what you already know.

Over the years, I’ve guided hundreds through retreats, Reiki trainings, and workshops. I’ve studied subconscious reprogramming, trauma in the body, energy work, and holistic health—but what I return to again and again is presence.

I bring reflection. I bring clarity.
And I bring deep respect for the part of you that already knows who you are.
